We want you to understand your options before you choose a ring.
30-day return requests
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the ring must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. These ordinary return conditions do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for your return. Please obtain return authorization and return instructions before sending an item. Our authorized return address is 8 Place De La Démocratie, 62400 Béthune, France. Returns are sent to France, including returns from U.S. customers.
Who pays return shipping
If we made an error, or an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Phormwear covers the return shipping. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate return process. For a change of mind, including a size you selected that does not suit you, the customer pays return shipping to France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us understand the issue. We will review the problem and coordinate the appropriate remedy with you. Do not discard the item or packaging before contacting us if they can help resolve the issue. The unused-condition requirement for ordinary returns does not exclude these claims.
Refunds
After your refund is approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. If an approved refund has not appeared after that time, contact us so we can investigate.
Cancellations, exchanges & statutory rights
For a cancellation or exchange request, contact us. We will assist according to the order’s processing status; this policy does not promise a fixed cancellation window or direct exchange service. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
